Run & Rule - bringing healthy competition to a whole new level.

The beauty of Run & Rule is that it can be used by ANYONE at any fitness level. All you need is a little competitive streak.

Run & Rule is the first fitness app to include REAL gaming elements, meaning you’ll stay motivated for longer and achieve your goals faster. Yes, we have competitions, but we go a step further (pun intended). Run & Rule allows you to own territory, strategise on how to gain more ground, defend your Rule, build your strength, collect jewels and progress through levels. All while you kick some serious personal health and fitness goals.

All you have to do is complete a loop when you walk, run or cycle, which means you will then virtually own, or ‘Rule’ that land. Regular exercise will increase the strength of your Rule, while slacking off will make you vulnerable to attack from neighbours.

Its not about how fast you go
One of the best things about Run & Rule is you don’t have to be an elite athlete to use it. Were not concerned about how fast you run, or how many ks you rack up - we just want you moving regularly. Even just walking around your block once a day will make you a Ruler!

Rule
Start the app when you start your exercise. Do a loop. And bam! You Rule. This loop is now your virtual territory.

Plan
Keep track of your Rules and your foes. The more active you are in your Rule, the stronger it becomes.

Strengthen
Don’t slack off! The countdown clock on your block will make sure you move it before you lose it and keep your Rule strong.

Earn
Need a little motivation? Run & Rule Achievements are a virtual high-five to spur you along.

Defend
Get instant notification when someone is trying to take over your Rule. Get back out and defend your territory!
